## Session outcomes

### AgentOS / second brain (primary)
- **Decision:** Use `/home/vpsadmin/AgentOS` as the single Goldie-shaped vault (no root required).
- **Built:** `HOME.md`, `index.md`, `STATUS.md`, `DESKTOP_SYNC.md`, Raw/Wiki/Daily/Output scaffolding.
- **Projects seeded:** `athena-oracle`, `ai-talk-show` (status + decisions).
- **Boot:** Leonard boot_prompt now skims `HOME.md` first.
- **Env:** `OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH` already points at AgentOS.
- **MoA:** Default = Leonard builds alone; escalate only on real design forks.
- **Desktop:** Tony still needs Obsidian open on a sync of this tree (`DESKTOP_SYNC.md`).

### TTS / talk-show
- **VPS Chatterbox + swap:** cancelled by Tony — off agenda.
- **Optional:** native TTS on **laptop** only if desired.
- **VPS production audio:** edge-tts remains.
- Project file: `04_projects/ai-talk-show/status.md` reflects this.

### Constraints confirmed
- No root on VPS for vault work.
- Model "route" / OmniRoute not required for vault.
- Gitea: Tony_tech + Leonard writable; Ty_Tech RO.

### Gitea (this consolidate)
- Push AgentOS skeleton → `Tony_tech/personal-agent-os` under `memory-systems/agent-os/`.

## Open for Tony

## Durable candidates (user memory — not auto-promoted)
- Prefers AgentOS as connected second brain with desktop Obsidian.

- Wants MoA only when Leonard says necessary.
