Welcome, Tony! Your vault is now set up with the My Brain Is Full - Crew.

## How to Use It

1. **Capture** — just tell me something ("save this", "jot this down") or dump notes to `00_Raw/`
2. **Search** — "find my notes on..." and Seeker will look
3. **Organize** — "triage the inbox" and Sorter will file everything
4. **Connect** — "connect the notes" and Connector will link related ideas
5. **Maintain** — "check the vault" for a weekly health audit
