# 01 — Gatekeeper Packets

> Packets are what the Gatekeeper (Anthony) approves. Detail lives in Gitea — this is the checklist.

| Packet | Purpose | State |
|--------|---------|-------|
| **Onboard** | Intake: canonical record + baseline audit for a new client. | Green required before anything else |
| **Pin** | Fix the canonical NAP/business record (one truth). | — |
| **Active5** | The 5 active checks/lane items for a live client. | Requires Onboard green first |
| **Letter** | Owner-facing letter (findings summary). | — |
| **Live** | Client goes live on the service. | Requires Onboard green first |

## Standing rule
- **Onboarding green BEFORE listings/Active5.** No listing work, no Active5, while onboarding is not green.
- **Phoenix is open / NOT green** — treat Phoenix as an open onboarding packet; do not advance it past onboarding.
