# VeriPath

> Human-supervised, agent-assisted digital growth platform for SMBs. We prevent **silent customer loss** by ensuring customers can find, trust, and engage a business — and that search engines + AI systems can find, understand, and accurately represent it.

## Core concepts
- **Silent Customer Loss** — acquisition problems the owner can't see: **Customer Path Leakage** (digital friction stops contact/booking) + **Discovery Failure** (search/AI can't find or represent the business).
- **Service domains:**
  - Customer Path Integrity — no preventable friction in find→trust→contact→book→visit.
  - AI Visibility Integrity (**AEO** + **GEO**) — facts extractable/parseable by answer engines & generative engines.
