# 00 — OS Map

> Thin map only. Full OS paper lives in Gitea — this note just orients.

## The 5 primitives
| Primitive | One line |
|-----------|----------|
| **Client** | The business being verified (one record per client). |
| **Lane** | A work stream / service line for a client (e.g. listings, reputation, AI visibility). |
| **Packet** | A bundled unit of work that moves through the pipeline; what the Gatekeeper approves. |
| **Issue** | A tracked problem found during audit (lives in veripath-operations). |
| **Evidence** | Captured proof (screenshots, check results) backing an audit finding. |

## The two laws
1. **Agents draft / Gatekeeper approves.** Agents produce drafts and packets; only the Gatekeeper (Anthony) approves.
2. **Hermes thick / CoS thin.** Hermes (this agent) carries the working detail; CoS carries only thin routing/status. No duplicated masters.
