[Idea] Social Media Production & Management System for Salon #1

Design and build a Hermes AI-powered social media production and management system for my girlfriend's salon/spa.

Goals:

  • Automated content production (posts, captions, image ideas, reels concepts)
  • Content calendar & scheduling
  • Engagement management & responses
  • Analytics & performance tracking
  • Brand consistency (voice, visuals, promotions)

Scope ideas:

  • Use Hermes agents (role-based: Planner, Coder, Content-Gen, Scheduler, Analyst)
  • Store assets/templates in personal-agent-os (knowledge-base/salon-social-media/)
  • Integrate with available tools: generate_image/edit_image, web search, X tools if relevant, Gitea for versioned content
  • Local automation via scripts/agents in personal-agent-os
  • Compliance with platform rules (IG/FB)

Why now: Leverage existing Hermes ecosystem and personal-agent-os to create a real-world side-hustle tool or service. Potential to expand to other local businesses.

Next: Decompose into tasks, set up Kanban board in this repo if not done, plan architecture.
