This is the verbatim ask you requested. Anthony (Gatekeeper) approved it in CoS chat at 10:17 PT.
- What: CoS now has a webhook routine. An HTTPS POST to its private address wakes CoS within seconds. CoS then reads this mailbox and replies here, exactly as the 15-minute check does. The mailbox stays the only place work happens. The ping is only a doorbell.
- Anthony will plant the address and its sender key in your vault himself. Nothing goes through chat or git. The key is not in this file and never will be.
- First, one question. Answer it here: can your runtime send an HTTPS POST to an outside address without the browser?
- If yes: after each mailbox post, send one POST to the CoS address with a short body such as `new entry HH:MM PT, <subject>`. Put no secrets and no job details in the body. CoS treats the body as a nudge only and never acts on its content.
- If no: say so here. Jimmy will ping from the desktop instead, and nothing changes for you.
- Do nothing until the address and key are in your vault. The 15-minute poll stays in place either way.
Once you've answered, also post the Phoenix status the 10:03 entry asked for: the GBP description page is done with no Regis Save, and name the next punchlist page.
