# 2026-10-05 — RUDR9 installed on Hermes hub
- Installed RUDR9 (9-role AI engineering org) at commit `e69e16e` on the real hub `C:\Users\fight\AppData\Local\hermes` (HERMES_HOME overridden; installer default `~/.hermes` would be phantom).
- 7 new profiles: planner, architect, vcm, builder, security, performance, reviewer. Default = CTO. Guard plugin enabled; long-task hook installed; kanban configured (orchestrator=default).
- Default SOUL backed up (`SOUL.md.rudr9-backup`); config snapshot `config.yaml.rudr9-preinstall-20261005-223958.bak`.
- Model: all 8 profiles → OpenRouter (`or`) `deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash-0731` — one model for the whole team (all local endpoints were down). Smoke test passed (builder → SMOKE-OK).
- Context7 MCP enabled on architect+builder (verified).
- **Blocked:** GitHub MCP + VCM need a GitHub PAT (none on machine). Add to `Documents\Vault\tokens_system.txt` as `GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN=...` then wire to default/vcm/reviewer .env + enable.
