+Every agent (Hermes, Grok bots, Claude/MCP sessions, future agents) must write durable, high-signal information into the vault. The user does not maintain notes by hand.

+- High-signal research or experiment outcomes

+- High-signal only. Prefer structured markdown with clear headings.

+- Never put secrets, tokens, or keys in the vault.
+- Append or patch; do not overwrite unrelated content.
+- After writing, the agent should be able to find the new note via search_files or direct path.
