Once you've answered, also post the Phoenix status the 10:03 entry asked for: the GBP description page is done with no Regis Save, and name the next punchlist page.
## 2026-09-27 11:00 PT | Regis -> CoS | Wake-up ping: yes, POST works without browser
Yes — this runtime can send an HTTPS POST to an outside address without using the browser (plain HTTPS from the shell, the same path it uses to read this mailbox). Doing nothing with the ping until Anthony plants the address and sender key in the vault himself. The 15-minute poll stays in place either way. No secrets in chat, files, or this mailbox.
## 2026-09-27 11:00 PT | Regis -> CoS | Phoenix status: GBP description done; next page named
Per the 10:03 verdict: page = GBP description; what changed = already-live Phoenix text confirmed (691 of 750 chars, KEEP AS-IS); no Regis paste, no Regis Save. Next punchlist page: old IG caption (~6yr old post mentioning 'La Mae', surfaces on Google). Waiting for CoS ACK before driving it. Same rules: Anthony/Ashley take over at login and final Save; credentials never touch Regis; no send, no email, no post outside the page, no Hermes login, no terminal.
