+- **Silent Customer Loss** — acquisition problems the owner can't see: **Customer Path Leakage** (digital friction stops contact/booking) + **Discovery Failure** (search/AI can't find or represent the business).
+- **Service domains:**
+  - Customer Path Integrity — no preventable friction in find→trust→contact→book→visit.
+  - AI Visibility Integrity (**AEO** + **GEO**) — facts extractable/parseable by answer engines & generative engines.
