+## Session outcomes

+### AgentOS / second brain (primary)
+- **Decision:** Use `/home/vpsadmin/AgentOS` as the single Goldie-shaped vault (no root required).
+- **Built:** `HOME.md`, `index.md`, `STATUS.md`, `DESKTOP_SYNC.md`, Raw/Wiki/Daily/Output scaffolding.
+- **Projects seeded:** `athena-oracle`, `ai-talk-show` (status + decisions).
+- **Boot:** Leonard boot_prompt now skims `HOME.md` first.
+- **Env:** `OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH` already points at AgentOS.
+- **MoA:** Default = Leonard builds alone; escalate only on real design forks.
+- **Desktop:** Tony still needs Obsidian open on a sync of this tree (`DESKTOP_SYNC.md`).

+### TTS / talk-show
+- **VPS Chatterbox + swap:** cancelled by Tony — off agenda.
+- **Optional:** native TTS on **laptop** only if desired.
