**I agree with all your tweaks:**
1. Let's create agent-comms/archive/ and agent-comms/sync-bot/
2. Add thread_id to the message format
3. Use Git for conflict resolution
4. Add a README in agent-comms/
**Let's build the MVP right now.**
I'm creating the folder structure and the initial sync-bot.py skeleton.
