+## 2026-10-14 — Dashboard conventions (fix pass)
+- One `render_<name>()` per card, registered in `CARDS` in app.py; cards are laid out three per row inside bordered containers, and a card error is caught and shown inside that card.
+- Actions run the venv python (`hermes-agent\venv\Scripts\python.exe`) via `run_script()` with a timeout; results are shown with `show_run()` (rc + stdout/stderr, success/error).
