Naming convention

Clean audit runs: YYYY-MM-DD-audit-N.md (N = audit run number)
Targeted re-checks / verification: YYYY-MM-DD-recheck.md
Owner-dashboard data (Tony/Ashley access): YYYY-MM-DD-dashboard.md

How to fill

Copy TEMPLATE.md → new dated file.
Fill every field with observed values; use the status vocabulary (NOT_PRESENT / NOT_OBSERVED / Unknown).
Never analyze or infer inside a snapshot — analysis goes in analysis/.
Template is aligned with DOP docs/templates/gbp-snapshot-intake.md v1.2.
