Standing Output Rule — Hermes saves land in Gitea

Rule

From now on, every artifact Hermes produces for Tony is committed to the Tony_tech/ai-talk-show repo instead of being left only in chat.

✅ Writable: Tony_tech/*, Leonard/*
🔒 Read-only: Ty_Tech/* — never written, even on request, unless Tony rescinds.

This file is the first entry under saves/, confirming the pipeline works.
