# Standing Output Rule — Hermes saves land in Gitea

## Rule
From now on, every artifact Hermes produces for Tony is committed to the
`Tony_tech/ai-talk-show` repo instead of being left only in chat.

## Layout

| `outputs/` | AI talk show episode transcripts (ep001–epNNN). |

| `scripts/` | Show runner scripts. |

## Write targets
- ✅ Writable: `Tony_tech/*`, `Leonard/*`
- 🔒 Read-only: `Ty_Tech/*` — never written, even on request, unless Tony rescinds.

This file is the first entry under `saves/`, confirming the pipeline works.
