# Hermes Saves (Tony)
Everything Hermes saves for Tony lives in this repo. Standing default: any artifact
Hermes produces for Tony is committed here rather than left only in chat.
## Folder convention
- `saves/` — general Hermes output for Tony: session notes, summaries, decisions, research captures, inbox items. Date-stamped `YYYY-MM-DD_topic.md`.
- `outputs/` — AI talk show episode transcripts (ep001–epNNN).
- `prompts/` — agent system prompts + producer briefs.
- `scripts/` — show runner scripts.
## Rule
Target org is `Tony_tech/*` (writable). `Leonard/*` also writable. `Ty_Tech/*` is
read-only and never written to.
